Hi I'm Melinda DeSeta, LMHC and Certified Sex Therapist.

After graduating from the University of Miami, I was so excited to go into private practice and start seeing clients. My long term goal was always to open my own private practice in Miami, Florida.

As a Registered Mental Health Intern, I was looking for a qualified supervisor that I could trust, provide quality supervision, and learn the business side of a therapy practice.

I had an amazing supervisor and now as a qualified supervisor myself, I would like to offer the same to all my registered interns.

How I can help you!

As your supervisor, it's my job to help you build your unique therapeutic style. We can explore and experiment through practicing a variety of therapeutic orientations, therapeutic tools, and of course appropriate documentation. 

 

Through six years in private practice and in my last year of a Clinical Sexology Ph.D. program, I'm here to offer you all that I have learned. My expertise comes through my education, training, mistakes, and successes.
