Sex & Intimacy Counseling

Sex is between the ears, not the legs!

Sex therapy is helpful for individuals or couples to explore their pleasure, overcome sexual challenges, and begin to live their best sex lives. Sex therapy offers therapeutic techniques that treat a wide variety of sexual dysfunctions.

Through the therapeutic process with Dr. Mindy, you’ll learn skills and strategies you can use in real life, whether that means improving communication, reducing anxiety or pressure around sex, understanding your body’s responses, or finding what helps you feel more connected and confident in your own skin.

You don’t have to be in a relationship to benefit. Sexual concerns are often assumed to be purely physical, but many times they are influenced by stress, emotions, past traumas, relationship dynamics, or a heightened nervous system. Sex therapy will help you look at the full picture without shame or judgment.

My approach to sex and relationship therapy takes a whole-body approach in order to understand and overcome what may be going on at the physical level.

Through exploration, education, and a myriad of tools, we will find ways together to overcome any emotional or physical challenges you are currently experiencing.

Sex therapy can help you start letting go of any performance anxiety, fears, challenges in your relationship, sexual dysfunctions, and help begin living a pleasurable and satisfying sex life.
